Once you have the specifics, read and learn to expand your knowledge via reliable online resources and books—always seeking sources based on science and studies.
PARTNER WITH THE RIGHT PRACTITIONER
Connect with a healthcare provider you trust and build a positive, productive relationship—after all, you deserve to feel comfortable and supported through the challenges of your chronic condition.
REVIEW AND UNDERSTAND YOUR LAB TESTS
Don’t settle for “your thyroid is normal” communications. You need to know the actual number and the laboratory’s TSH reference range. Explore free T4 and T3 tests—as well as thyroid antibody tests.
PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER PREGNANCY
